I am so glad to be home in LA, in all of the comforts of my own home, even if it’s only for a few days. I wanted to do a follow up with my last blog post because I have been using Pantene Pro V’s brand new Daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo with its complementary conditioner and am so pleased with how healthy and strong my hair is that it’s now my new favorite.
So I am always sharing my tips and tricks with you guys but this time I want to know something from you!
Its been a little while since my last blog post but I swear I have a good reason. I have been crazy busy designing Monday Swimwear and Activewear’s 2017 collections, which I must say are looking absolutely amazing. All very exciting stuff but very time consuming- luckily I love what I do. It also helps to be home in beautiful Australia working from places like one of my favorite hotels in the world, Raes on Wategos. I am so excited for 2017 and hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Years!
I have been wanting to visit South America for as long as I can remember so I am sure you can imagine my excitement when I added Peru to my travel itinerary, and what a perfect first visit it has been. The last seven days have been a whirlwind, combined with the high altitudes of Cusco and Machu Picchu it has felt like I have been on cloud nine the entire week….
There’s nothing better than spending a few days in Paris except, spending a few days in Paris at the George V Hotel. One of my favorite hotels in the world, the Four Seasons Paris is straight out of a fairytale; the service, exception and the suites, stunning. Apart from running around town for meetings and working from my desk (complete with a view of the Eiffel Tower) I was able to spend a day visiting some beautiful places I have not been to before like Le Buttes Chaumont.
No matter how many responsibilities I have there will always be a side of me that feels young and free. A side that dares to dream and imagines the impossible. I always say that one of your most important assets throughout life is your imagination, it gives you the ability to think outside the box, be creative and conceptualize original ideas.
If you ever visit Ibiza please do not make the mistake that many make of not exploring all of the beautiful sites the island has to offer. Many people will never know the beauty of The Old Town, sunsets at Es Vedra or Cala Salada’s striking blue waters. I hope my pictures inspire you to add Ibiza to your list of travel destinations, not just to enjoy the beach clubs but to explore the beauty of this amazing part of Spain!
My summer wouldn’t be complete without a trip to Ibiza, one of the places I love most in the world. Ibiza is so much more than a party destination, is a place of peace, tranquility and soul. A place to get lost and find yourself.
I couldn’t imagine waiting another year before getting my next “dose” of Italy, so I have decided to spend Labor Day weekend in Portofino. Needless to say, the decision was easy. My hotel, Splendido, is one of my top three favorites in the world, you will see why from my photos below.
If there is one place in the world that exudes class, it’s Monaco. The harbor is lined with mega yachts, the mountains with multi- million dollar apartments and the streets with some of the most expensive cars in the world. It truly is the place for anyone who enjoys a life of luxury. I am lucky enough to be staying at The Hotel Hermitage. They have kindly allowed me to spend a night in one of their most extravagant suites, complete with a terrace over looking the harbor and a private jacuzzi.
Of all of the wonderful things Monaco has to offer my favorite would have to be the peace and tranquility of watching the sunset over the city, it sparkles against the pink and purple sky and is truly a sight to see- I guess its one of those things that money simply cannot buy.
I am back in France and, as per usual, feeling very “at home”. I needed my last dose of the European summer so for the next few weeks I will be spending time in what I think is the most beautiful part of the world ! My first stop, Nice.
It’s no secret I love all things French and now I can add French Polynesia to that list. Tahiti might just be the most magnificent place I’ve ever been – a big call, but of all the beautiful places I’ve seen, Bora Bora has managed to make quite an impression on me…
