ARRIVING ON THE AMALFI COAST

  The Amalfi Coast is everything you (or I for that matter) could ever dream of. Driving along the narrow cliffside roads to arrive at our hotel,  The Monastero Santa Rosa, was worth the risk (the risk being the Italian drivers). I have never seen somewhere so perfect, the cliffs are covered in bright green vineyards, vibrant florals and colorful villas. But below the cliffs lay the quaint turquoise blue water beaches, lined with striped Italian style umbrellas. I am very happy to be spending the next 4 days here in the sun!
